Charles Remsberg, CEO

Randy D. Lindholm, Chairman of the Board

Mr. Lindholm is a widely recognized consultant to medical device companies, and holds board positions on many of them. From June 1999 to April 2002, Mr. Lindholm was chairman, president and chief executive officer of VidaMed, Inc., a medical device company, and from August 1998 to June 1999, served as its executive vice president, sales and marketing. From 1993 to 1998, Mr. Lindholm held senior field operations positions at Nellcor Puritan Bennett, a global leader in the support of respiratory-impaired patients. Mr. Lindholm received a BS in electrical engineering from Michigan Tech University.

Daniel R. Omstead, PhD

Dr. Olmstead is president and chief executive officer of Hambrecht & Quist Capital Management, and president of H&Q Lifesciences Investors and H&Q Healthcare Investors. Prior to joining HQCM, Dan was president and CEO of Reprogenesis, Inc. Before joining Reprogenesis, Dr. Omstead was senior vice president, research and development at Cytotherapeutics, Inc. and held multiple research positions at both Johnson & Johnson and Merck. He holds doctoral and master’s degrees in chemical engineering and applied chemistry from Columbia University and a BS degree in civil engineering from Lehigh University.

John Steuart

Mr. Steuart is managing director, Claremont Creek Ventures. He has spent the last 20 years managing, building and investing in technology and life science companies. In addition to serving on multiple boards of directors, he is an industry fellow at the Center for Entrepreneurship and Technology at the College of Engineering, and a member of the advisory council to the Lester Center’s Berkeley Entrepreneurs’ Forum at UC Berkeley. Prior to Claremont Creek, he led investments in more than a dozen successful start-ups, and served as the senior executive and board member of various firms such as Tanox, Software Ventures, Lipomatrix and Megan Health.

Conrad Wang, MD

Dr. Wang joined Three Arch Partners as an Associate in January 2006. Prior to joining Three Arch Partners, Dr. Wang completed his orthopedic surgery training in the Harvard Combined Orthopedic Residency Program. He has a BS in mechanical engineering, and an MD from the Harvard-MIT Division of Health Sciences and Technology. He also has an MBA from the Harvard Business School.
